What We Treat
Adolescence is one of the most complex periods of life. Our Georgia teen therapists are trained in the specific challenges young people face — and know how to build real therapeutic relationships with teens who may be resistant at first.
Programs Available
We meet teens where they are — with evidence-based approaches adapted for adolescent development, always with parental involvement balanced against therapeutic privacy.
One-on-one sessions with a teen-specialized therapist. CBT, DBT skills, EMDR for trauma. 50-minute weekly sessions.
Teens don't exist in isolation. We involve parents and siblings when appropriate to improve communication and family dynamics.
For teens in crisis or needing more than weekly therapy — structured intensive outpatient programs designed for adolescents.

Common Questions
Signs include persistent sadness, anxiety, school avoidance, withdrawal from friends, changes in sleep or appetite, self-harm, substance use, or significant behavioral changes lasting more than two weeks. When in doubt, an evaluation is always worthwhile.
Therapists maintain confidentiality with teen clients except in cases of imminent danger to self or others. We discuss the limits of confidentiality with both you and your teen at the start of treatment. Building your teen's trust in therapy is essential for it to work.
