The Trademark Approach

Early Intervention.
Where It Matters Most.

In the School, On the Schedule

Students don't have to leave campus or wait for an after-school appointment. Services are delivered during the school day, minimizing disruption and maximizing access.

Coordinated with School Teams

We work alongside school counselors, administrators, and teachers — not separate from them. A coordinated model means students get consistent support from all sides.

Family Communication Built In

Parents and guardians are kept informed at every appropriate stage. School-based services work best when school, clinician, and family are aligned.

Getting Started

For Schools, Families,
and Students.

1

For Schools

School administrators or counselors contact us to discuss partnership options, service delivery models, and coverage. We work within existing structures.

2

For Families

Parents can contact us directly to ask about school-based services at their child's school. If we don't have an existing partnership, we'll discuss what options exist.

3

For Students (via referral)

Most school-based referrals come through a school counselor or administrator. Once referred, we connect with the family and student for a brief intake before services begin.

Hybrid Delivery Available

In-Person and
Telehealth.

School-based services can be delivered in-person on campus or via a hybrid telehealth model for schools without dedicated space. We work with each school to find the delivery model that removes the most barriers for students.

Common Questions

What Schools and Families
Usually Ask.

The school's principal, counselor, or mental health coordinator reaches out to us. We discuss the school's needs, the student population, and the logistics of embedding services. Most partnerships take 2–4 weeks to formalize.
Yes. Parental or guardian consent is required before any student receives services through the school-based program. Consent forms are coordinated through the school.
Not necessarily for all services. In some cases we can serve students via telehealth even if the school doesn't have a formal partnership. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
School counselors typically handle academic and career guidance. Licensed therapists provide clinical mental health treatment — including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
Yes. Student mental health records are protected under HIPAA and FERPA. Information is not shared with teachers or administrators without consent, except in situations involving safety.
