No referral needed. You can call us directly, and we'll handle verification with your insurance. Most clients are scheduled within the same week of their first call.
That's what our free 15-minute consultation is designed to figure out. We'll ask about what's bringing you in, how it's affecting your life, and what level of structure and support makes sense. You don't need to know the answer before you call.

For most conditions and most clients, yes — the evidence shows telehealth is clinically equivalent to in-person care. It also removes significant access barriers. We offer both and can help you determine which is the better fit given what you're working on.

We offer sliding-scale fees based on income for clients without insurance or with high out-of-pocket costs. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare. Call us and we'll be honest about what we can work with.
